摘要
本文在参阅国内外文献资料的基础上,对高水平中长跑运动员如何进行耐力训练进行了分析。认为教练员在训练中长跑运动员时,应充分考虑每名运动员的有氧阈速度,无氧阈速度和最大摄氧量速度以及跑的经济性这些重要指标。
