陶瓷刀具在生产中的应用研究

摘要 铬基合金与钴基合金性能好,硬度高,难加工.通过采用LT55陶瓷刀片加工铬基合金,SG4陶瓷刀片加工钴基合金的试验研究,得出了比较理想的切削参数.并且通过采取加大刀片负前角,改善其所受应力状态;减小切屑厚度,降低切削冲击载荷等措施,提高刀具寿命,从而解决了陶瓷刀具在切削硬度高,冲击载荷较大的零件加工时的困难. Chromium - base alloys and cobalt - base alloys are of good properties, high hardness, and they are difficult in processing. More ideal parameters are obtained through the experimental research on processing chromium - base alloys by means of the ceramic cutter LT55 and on processing cobalt - base alloys by means of the ceramic cutter SG4. And through increasing the negative front angle of cutters, improving their stress condition subjected to, decreasing cutting thickness, lowering cutting impacting loading, the use life of the cutters is lengthened, thus the problems of processing some parts are solved by means of the ceramic tool, such as cutting the parts which are of high hardness and impacting the parts which are of large loading.
