摘要
应用神经细胞体外培养技术观察了不同剂量双胸蚓溶栓酶作用下的1~30日内Wistar胎鼠大脑神经细胞的生长发育过程。结果显示,不同剂量溶栓酶对神经元突起数量以及轴索的形成和发展均有促进作用。
The growth process of the cerebral neurons of embryo Wistar rats cultured in vitro was observed from 1st day to 30th day after inoculating with different dosages of BTE. It was shown that BTE in different dosage had an effect on the quantity of the neuronal processes as well as on the formation and the development of axis-cylindor. It was concluded that the growth and development of cerebral neurocytes of embryo Wistar rats cultured in vitro could be promoted by BTE.
