单纯性肥胖儿童血小板聚集反应的变化及其机理研究

摘要 采用ADP诱发体外血小板聚集及胆固醇亚组分沉淀法观察22例7~12岁肥胖儿童血小板聚集率及151例肥胖儿童血清胆固醇各组分含量和比值。结果表明,单纯性肥胖儿童血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量明显高于正常儿童(P<0.01),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量、HDL-C/T-C、HDL_2-C/T-C及HDL_2-C/HDL-C比值显著低于正常儿童(P<0.05)。高脂血症的肥胖儿童1秒与5秒时血小板聚集率较正常儿童和血脂不高的肥胖儿童显著升高(P<0.01)。提示高脂血症肥胖儿童血小板聚集反应增强,似与其T-C和LDL-C增高及HDL_2-C含量下降有关。 Using the methods of platelet aggregation induced by ADP, and of cholesterol subfrac-tions pricipitation we observed platelet aggregation rates in 22 obese children aged 7-12 years old and contents of sera cholesterol subfractions in 151 obese children. The results showed that the levels of the sera total cholesterol (TO, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly higher in obese children than those in normal ones (P < 0.01). While the contents of hyperdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and the ratio of HDL-C/TC, HDL2-C/TC and HDLj-C/HDL-C were significantly lower in obese children than normol ones (P < 0.05). And platelet aggregating rates in obese children with hyperlipidemia at 1st and 5th second were significantly higher than normal and obese children without hyperlipidemia (P< 0. 01). The results above indicate that the increase of platelet aggregating reactions in obese children with hyperlipidemia seems to be related to the increase of TC, LDL-C and the decline of HDL2-C.
