本文主要给出一类“静态”规划－资源分配问题的动态规划解法，同时为了说明动态解法在解决静态规划问题中的优越性，给出了一个实例。从实例中可看出，动态解法在具体应用时，具有快捷、清晰、计算量小的特点。

This paper presents a solution to the problem of 'static'programming by means of dynamic programming in the problem of assigning resources and an example has been given. Seen from the example,the writer thinks that dynamic solution has characteristics of being fast,clear,and of small calculation.
