莼菜多糖降糖作用研究

摘要 为探讨莼菜多糖的降血糖作用,用3%莼菜多糖溶液分别以10ml/kg体重和20ml/kg体重灌胃给予高血糖模型小鼠连续20天。结果发现,实验组降糖作用明显优于阴性对照组,差异非常显著(P<0.01),与阳性对照组比较降糖作用无显著差别(P>0.O5)。说明莼菜多糖具有降低血糖作用。 In order to explore the effect of Chuncai polysacharide on lowering blood sugar, Chuncai polysacharide solution with a 3% concentration was fed to mice with mimic hyperglycemia (JO ml-kg 'weight and 20 nil/kg weight). The results showed that the levels of blood sugar lowered more markedly in the test groups than those in the controls, the differences were statistically signifcant ( '0. 01 ), The study demonstrated that Chuncai polysacharide had the effect of loweing blood sugar.
