Improvement of the Method of Toss Rivetting for Highter Qulity of Rivetting Workpiece

本文从辗铆机理入手，分析了目前一些进口机械设备辗柳件国产化过程中存在的质量问题，提出了提高质量的辗铆加工方法，并设计了相应的模具．经实践验证，达到了预期的目的，大大提高了辗铆件的柳接强度和外现质量，取得了可观的经济效益．

This paper, analyses the guality problems of rivetting workpieces which take place in the ntive production process with imported equipment A toss rivetting mothod of increacing the qulity of workpiece is prosented and a corresponding instrument is designed. It have not only increaced the rivetting strength of workpiece and surfarce guality but also brought a considerable economical benefit.
