摘要
从模具的服役条件和失效分析出发,对六角切边模的选材、热处理工艺等方面进行了研究。在合理的结构设计基础上,选用W6Mo5Cr4y2高速钢,采用强韧化处理,使模具的使用寿命大幅度提高.
In this paper the service conditions and failure forms of the Hexagon Shaving Dies are analysed and the selection of die materials, heat treatment technology and die structure are studied systematically. The. results show that the service life of new HexagonShaving Dies,which is made of W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel on the basis of suitalbe die constructure design and has gone through strengthening and toughening treatment, can be improved goreatly.
