对参加1998年2～4月冬训的8支青年男排的训练课的评估与分析，指出了存在的不足，给出建议。
This artide was an evaluafing and Analysing essay about the Youth Volleyball Teams' Training courses, which processed in the winter training From Februang to April in 1998. Not only it Pointed out the shortcomings and gave the advice.
