This article is on the studies of the characteristics of the peak value status of blood lactic acid and the lactic acid half-time reaction status of blood dynamics after maximum strength of 400m running, so as to establish the relations between blood lactic acid and blood dynamatics for the purpose of establishing the easy standard criterion for the training strength.
