摘要
在较短的时间内使运动成绩上一个台阶,必须科学地进行训练安排。本文以9名中学生中长跑运动员为对象,进行短期强化训练安排,结果表明,科学地划分阶段,进行有氧训练、有氧与无氧结合突出“速度”中心,有效地在短期内提高学生的泛动成绩。
In order to advance the score in shorter time, it is necessary to arrange scientific training. This essay is to study the arrangement of short - term unaerobic trainingwith nine athletes of medium/l0ng - distance running as research objectives. The resultsshow that aerobic training, combining aerobic training with unaerobic training to high- light speed can effectively help students to accelerate their speed in short - term.
