The Discussion On The Affect of System Management Theory In College Education Of Adult Athletic sports

分析了目前我国成人高校体育教育组织管理工作中存在的某些问题，用系统管理理论为指导，探讨建立成人高校体育教育工作系统管理体系，使成人体育教育的管理工作进入系统化、规范化、标准化的轨道。

Through analyzing some problems in this paper, which exists in the organization and management of college education of adult athletic sports at present- tine in China, we try to establish the system of synthetic rnanagement in college education of adult athletic sports, which is based on its characteristic, under the direction of the Theory of System, and step our work into the path of systematization, standardization and normalization.
