摘要
本文对大学生肩、够关节柔韧性的测试与分析发现,通过三个月试验后,实验组的肩、髋关节运动幅度均数明显优于对照组,认为大学生的柔韧性经过练习是可以提高的,为体育教学和训练提供参考依据。
Test on the pliability of the shoulders, the hip joints among college students showsthat the average moving range of the shoulders, the hip joints of the tested group is much betterthe those of the students in the non-tested group.
