摘要
对我国2000年奥运会男子体操后备队伍的基本情况：所处的环境、实施训练的目的、指导思想、训练设计、训练过程的科学化程度，思想教育方法的选择进行了分析，为建设和发展教练员队伍、保持体操项目长足发展提供依据。
It is necesary to carry out the analysis of the environment of the basic condition of China coach of man gymnastics reserved troop in 2000 Olympic Games, aim of training implementation,guiding thinking, designing of training, degree of scientification in the course of training, selection of method of thinking education in order to provide the basis for the establishment and development of the coach troop and to keep the considerable development of the items of man gymnastics.
