摘要
本文对烧结法氧化铝近年来的节能实践进行了认真总结。重点介绍了熟料窑自动控制,间接加热连续脱硅,应用强制循环蒸发器,连续碳酸化分解等项目的节能效果,又做了节能潜力分析,指出工艺能耗达1300kgbm/t-AO的途经。
This paper summarizes recent conserve energy experience on alumina for sinter Process, and emphasizes introduction of automatic control of curing kiln, indirect heating continuous dcsiliconisation, application forced circulation evaporator and continuous carbonating decomposition , as well as analysing conserve energy potentialities and pointed out the technigue energy consumption achieved the way of 1300kgbm/t- AO.
