摘要
从方法论的角度阐述基础研究中实现科学创新的科研选题和理论思维的方法；同时引用科学史的实例对所述方法进行论证。
The main idea of the article is to expound the method,from methodology angles,of scientific research subject select and theory thinking to achieve brazing new trails in science in basic research;moreover,many examples of sciences history are quoted to additional demonstration the method mentioned in the article.
