摘要
分析了藏文字符的结构特征,系统阐述了“藏文编码字符集构件集点阵字型”的设计原则、编码技术,这对进一步研制开放性藏文系统提供了理论依据。
In this paper,the structure characteristic of Tibetan was analysed and the design principle and coding technology of Tibetan coded character set and its component set was stated systematically.The theoretical basic was supplyed for developing the opening Tibetan system.
