摘要
Cochliobolusmiyabeanus在75℃,相对湿度65%、70%、75%、80%、85%下和80℃,相对湿度55%、65%、70%、75%、80%下进行不同时间的杀菌试验.在此基础上,用固定温度,以相对湿度同杀菌时间建立回归关系,并用等差法建立杀菌时间模型和以焓增量建立湿热杀菌时间模型。
Cochliobolus miyabeanus was treated under relative humidity of 65%、70%、75%、80%and 85%respectively at 75℃ for different time;under relative humidity of 55%、65%、70%、75%and 80%at 80℃for different time.Based on the disinfection results,TDT model was made by making linear regression formula between TDT and relative humidity at given temperature.Making linear regression formula between TDT and specific enthalpy can also make TDT model.
