摘要
本文主要研究了高赖氨酸玉米株高、叶角和叶面积三个株形性状及穗粒重、千粒重和籽粒产量三个产量性状.这些性状在F1代均表现出明显的杂种优势.其中株高的杂种优势最大,但在试验范围内株高与产量之间没有显著的相关性,在今后的育种中可适当地降低株高.叶角和叶面积在F1代为正优势,要获得紧凑型高赖氨酸玉米杂交种就必须选择叶角更小的亲本自交系.本试验中的紧凑型高赖氨酸玉米没有表现出明显的超高产优势,说明高赖氨酸玉米的产量形成是较复杂的,既受株形因素的影响,也受其它性状的影响.
The main plant type traits of Hight lysine Maize, including plant height, leaf angle against stem and leaf area, exhibited notable heterosis in F1. Plant height had the largest heterosis, but there was no significant correlation between plant height and grain yield within the experimental extent, which meant that hight lysine Maize plant height could be further lovered in future's hybrid breeding program. Because leaf angle and leaf area had positive heterosis, the tight plant type Hight Lysine Maize could be obtained by only using the parents with smaller leaf angle. In the present experiment the tight Hight Lysine Maize did not have a trend of higher yielding, which indicated that yield formation was complicated. Hight Lysine Maize yield was affected by plant type characteristics as well as other traits. So the breeding for super-high yielding Hight Lysine Maize requires the combination of good plant types with favorable agronomic characteristics.
