本文介绍了中国外汇交易清算处理系统和清算帐务处理系统安全机制的设计和实现，强调了电子金融应用系统中安全机制和系统运行风险控制的重要性。
This issue introduces, in detail, the design and realization of safety mechanisms in the trade clearing system and the clearing-accounting system for the China Foreign Exchange Trading System, and tries to emphasize the importance of safety mechanisms and controlling of operating risks of an electronic application system for finance.
