With the development of Internet techniques, Internet banking, as a new virtual bank service, is developed. It is not only a challenge to the computer department in a bank, but also a new subject to both financial service departments in a bank and the financial administration bureau in our country. This paper, on the one hand, overviews the advantages of Internet banking, on the other hand, describes some problems that is needed to be solved by both financial service departments in a bank and the financial administration bureau in our country.
