摘要
传统的泄—产—泄的测试方法,造成井内压力波浪式的大幅度变化,层间干扰严重,使取得的资料不能真实反映地层的生产情况。高压井口电缆密封控制系统可在不泄流、不放压,维持井内正常注水条件下进行密闭测试。其方法是尽量减少流体通过的横截面积,并用高粘度液体填充电缆间隙,同时增加流体经过窄小空间的距离,克服了开放式测试存在的弊端。经在孤东等油田推广应用,证实效果良好。
The conventional testing approach,bleed-produce-bleed,causes wave type pressure changes and serious interlayer interference, making the data obtained could not truely illustrate reservoir conditions. The wellhead high pressure wireline control system can conduct close-in tests without bleeding off fluid and pressure,and keeping normal subsurface water injection. The technology is to minimize the cross section area for fluid passage,fill in the space around wireline with high viscosity fluid and at the same time to increase the distance for fluid to pass through narrow space,therefore it overcomes the disadvantages of open tests. The field use in Gudong and other oilfields has confirmed the favorable results of the system.
