摘要
双向自锁封隔器分螺纹式锁定和剪销式锁定两种。这两种封隔器在结构上都设计了上、下两组卡瓦，可实现双向锁定，使封隔器坐封以后，无论处于受压、受拉或平衡状态，都能确保对井筒的有效封隔。双向式自锁封隔器适用于大多数套管井，既可单独使用，也可作为跨隔测试的下封隔器使用；它既可以与MFE测试器配合进行试油作业，也可以与丢手工具配合使用。经在塔里木油田多次现场应用，证明双向自锁封隔器性能可靠。
Automatic mechanical two-direction packer include two type thread locks. Their design structure include two group calipers to insure two direction locks. If the packer locker any force frame any directure can not destroy the seal. This kind of packer can be used for almost tubing well sigtely or as the down packer or combined with MFE test tools, or combined with releasing tools, After 43 times application, it demonstrated that its per formance is reliable.
