异常高压低渗透地层测试工艺技术

摘要 东秋5井是一口典型的异常高压低渗透地层预探井。由于测试井段深(最深段5160.0~5165.0m)、系统压力高(最高压力系数2.27),常规电缆射孔无法实施。以东秋5井测试为例,并针对本井特点,大胆采用了打破常规的施工工艺:①采用清水中射孔测试联作工艺;②测试管柱组配水力锚,克服地层上顶力;③关井时环空加压平衡封隔器胶筒压差;④双桥塞封堵上返测试;⑤采用不压井作业。此套工艺节约勘探费用上亿元。测试结果,7个地质层均未获工业油气流,原因是地层渗透性差、地层水活跃、含油饱和度低。 Well Dong Qiu5 is a wildcat well with Abnormal High Pressure. Since this well with high depth,high system pressure,it is impossible for normal per foration. Taking Dong Qiu 5 well,as an example,an abnormal implement technology was operated (1) Combined per forating and testing technology with water. (2) Located hydraulic anchor, in order to over come the upper force. (3)Adding presure in annular space, (4)Twin bridge plug upward test. (5)Operation without closeing the well. This technology has made a high benefit more than 1, 000, 000,000RMB, 7 layers were test without commercial oil and gas flow, Since the formation with low permeability,active formation water and oil low oil saturation.
