The skin factor getting from well testing is restricted by kinds of factors,the true skin factor can be generated through decomposition of skin factor. Initial results were obtained to define extent of formation damage according to the true skin factor and to predict stimulation results. It will possess the certain appIied value to use this method in exploration and development of low permeability gas reservoir.
