工程造价的管理和控制是一项系统工程,对电力工程造价管理在可研阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段和工程结算阶段存在的问题进行了详细地分析,并提出了相应的对策以求实现有效的价格控制,为社会供给质优价廉的电力。
Costing management is a systematic project. The paper gives detailed analysis and corresponding solutions to the problems of the research stage,design stage,implementation stage and the settlement stage with the purpose of obtaining an effective costing control and being able to supply the good-quality and low-price electricity for the society.
