讲解、示范与领做是高校武术教学中最常运用的一种生动、具体的直观教法，由于武术动作复杂多变，教学时数有限，在短的时间要完成比较重的教学任务，其难度是较大的。因此，对武术动作教学的讲解、示范和武术套路的领做方法进行分析研究是提高高校武术教学质量的重要课题。

Demostration method and linzuo is an most commonly used livly and con-crete direct method of Wushu education teaching in college. Because the Wushu ac-tions are complicated and difficult,what's more the teaching time is limited. As aresult to finish the heavy teaching task in a short time,it is the signficant topic ofimproring the teaching quality in Wushu to give Wushu actions explananion. Domonstration and analyses the linzuo method of Chinese simple taichi boxing.
