示范是体育教学中最基本最主要的教学手段。本文根据普通高校足球课的教学特点提出若干种示范教学方法，以及教师在示范教学中应注意的问题。

Demonstration teaching is the most important method of physical teach-ing. This paper in accordance with football lessons in ordinary universities, ad-vances various methods of demonstration teaching and different solutions to itsproblems in order to help students master the skills quickly and properly and to im-prove teaching quality.
