摘要
武术运动是个传统的体育项目,在运动训练中的形式和方法与其它的体育项目有所不同。已知氨是机体会成尿素的原料,当肌肉在进行大量地运动时,通过丙氨酸的形式释放氨,氨的释放量即血液尿素氮的浓度与运动训练对人体的刺激程度成正比。对武术运动在不同的运动形式或内容下与血液尿素氮的浓度关系,我们在对优秀武术运动员的测试结果中得到:运动密度或运动强度越大,次晨的血液尿素氮浓度越高,与他人的研究结果一致。
Wushu sport is a Chinese traditional event. Its training forms and methods are different from other events. By the tests among outstanding Wushu sportsmen,we found that, in different movement forms and contents, the relationship between them is that the more intensive the movement is,the higher concentration is in the sportsmen's blood the next morning.
