摘要
以系统理论为依据，将大学体育教育目标划分为三个不同层次的系统范围来考察，提出终身体育教育是大学体育教育发展的总体目标．它是大学体育教育改革的趋势，也是社会发展的必然。
Based on systematic theory the objectives of college physical education are studied by dividing them into three different systmatic gradations. It's concluded that lifelong physical education is the general objective of the development of college physical education. It's not only the trend of its reform, but also the inevitability of social development.
