摘要
本文通过对教学模式的实质、特点的分析，阐明了体育教学模式的必要性及现状。对体育教学的特点进行探讨，最后提出现实中建构体育教学模式的一套思路和方法。
This paper tries to explore the necessity of the research for the model of teaching and learning physical education and its situation at present by analyzing its essence and characteristics. Through the discussion about the characteristics of physical teaching,a set of ideas and approaches have been put forward to construct the model of teaching and learning physical education.
