艺术体操学习对协调性素质要求甚高，要出色地完成艺体教学任务，须注重学生协调性的培养。文章简论了艺体教学中培养协调性的若干方式方法。

Coordination ability is very important to study rhyme gymnastics. Deveiopment of coordination ability should be emphasis through the rhyme gymnastics teaching process. Some methods of developeing coordination ability are given and discussed.
