摘要
通过四川甘孜嘎拉金矿堆浸提金方法试验探索研究,经生产实践检验对比,在高海拔地区首次采用滴淋技术取代一般常规喷淋工艺,取得了理想的效果。滴淋工艺与喷淋工艺相比,节约设备及维修费用25%~30%,药剂消耗可降至最低、节省用量20%,浸出周期缩短5~10天,浸出率提高3%~5%,并有效地改善了环境条件,社会经济效益十分显著。
Experimental study and production practice of drop-leaching technique for heap leaching of gold in the Gala gold deposit,Garze indicate that drop-leaching technique replacing springkle-leaching technique obtains ideal results. As compared with springkle-leaching technique,drop-leaching technique reduces production cost by 25~30% and leaching cycle by 5~10 days,increases leaching rate by 3~5% and improves environment,therefore giving notable social and economic results.
