摘要
高钾在细胞内液型保存液中起着重要作用,但是高钾可引起血管内皮损伤,内皮的损伤是心脏保存后功能失常的潜在原因。本试验采用在保存液中加入一氧化氮(NO)前体物质左旋精氨酸(L-arg),证明L-arg可以有效克服高钾对内皮的损伤,提高细胞内液型保存液的保存效果。
The high potassium concentration plays an important role in heart preservation,but high potassium concentration has an adverse effect on myocardial protection. It can damage the coronary endothelium, which is the main cause of late graft failure, the aim of this experiment is to elucidate the role of L-arg in intracellular type preservation solution,sixty healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into six groups, ten rabbits per group. Langendorff isolated heart perfusion mode was used. The results of this study demonstrated that intracellular type preservation solution supplemented with L - arg may prevent endothelial dysfunction via the L - argjnine - nitric oxide pathway and enhances cardiac preservation of intracellular type preservation solution.
