摘要
目的 了解刺参酸性粘多糖对因子Ⅶ反馈活化的影响及其发病机制。方法:在家兔、皮肤创伤后的初期止血过程中,给家兔注射SJAMP前后,检测损伤部位毛细血管血液里的因子Ⅷ活性以及凝血酶活性。结果:注射SJAMP前,因子Ⅷ活性随时间延长呈线性增大,表明在初期止血过程中即有凝血酶形成。注射SJAMP后,因子Ⅷ活化受到抑制,作用时间与FⅧ活化的受抑制程度呈正相关。与此同时,各剂量组的血浆凝血酶生成也固定受到抑制,受抑制程度与给予剂量呈正相关。结论:SJAMP对因子Ⅷ反馈活化的影响,是由于凝血酶活性受抑制所致。
Objective To study the influence of SJAMP on the feedback activity of factor Ⅷ and its mechanism. Method: During the initial hemastatic period in the rabbit's inguied capillaries, the activity of factor Ⅷ and thromtin formation was detected, before and after SIAMP was ingected. Results: Before and after SJAMP was ingected, the increase of activity of factor Ⅷ and the inhibition of this activity were respectively correlate with the post - trauma time and the reaction time linearly. The positive correlation between factor Ⅷ activity and thixanbin formation indicates that thromtin was formed in the the initial hemastatic course. The results also showed that the inhibition of plasmic thrombin formation in various dosage groups was positively correlate with the injected dose. Conclusion:The influence of SJAMP on the feedback activity of factor Ⅷ was caused by the inhibition of thrombin activity.
