ITP的胶原诱导血小板聚集及出血时间的研究

A study of collagen induced platelet aggregation and bleeding time in ITP

目的:研究ITP的血小板聚集功能以及改良的模式法出血时间测定。方法:以正常人洗涤血小板悬浮于ITP患者PPP中,测定其对Adr、SJAMP、Ristocetin、collagen的诱导的聚集功能。结果:ITp患者血小板聚集功能障碍,模式法出血时间延长。结论:ITP患者血浆中有在抗血小板膜蛋白抗体,特别是与抗胶原受体(GPⅥ)抗体。

Objective Studied the platelet aggregation and simplate bleeding times(SBT)Methods: Usewashed normal platelets were resuspended is platelet - poor plasma from patient with ITP. and platelet aggregation induced by Adr. SJAMP.Ristocetin and collagen. Rusults:Patient with ITP platelet aggregation no response and SBT is prolonged. Conclusion:Patient with ITP serum contains antibody which acts against platelet protein and specific antibody which acts against collagen receptor(GPVI)
