从吸附有咖啡因的活性炭中提取咖啡因

Separation of Caffeine Absorbed in Activated Carbon

本文对山东新华制药厂的吸附有咖啡因的活性炭分别采用氟仿、乙醇、水和超临界CO_2等不同介质进行了萃取,并对其分离效果进行了比较.实验结果表明,所得提取产物确系咖啡因,其纯度已达98%,萃余物活性炭可达到再生利用的目的.

: In this paper chloroform, ethanol, water and supercritical CO2 were respectivelyused to extract caffeine absorbed in activated carbon and the separation effects were com-pared and the result showed that the extracive is caffeine indeed,its purity is 98%,and thathaving been extracted,the activated carbon can be used again.
