摘要
As a typical biochemical reaction, the process of continuous fermentation of ethanol is studied in this paper. An improved model is set forward and in agreement with experiments. Nonlinear oscillations of the process are analyzed with analytical and numerical methods. The Hopf bifurcation region is fixed and further analyses are given.
研究了乙醇连续发酵的典型生化反应,给出了改进的发酵模型并通过实验证明与实际发酵过程吻合较好.同时运用分岔理论和数值方法对其中的非线性振荡进行了分析,得到Hopf分岔区间,并进行了稳定性分析.
