STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF FLUORESCENCE QUENCHING OF NITROCOMPOUNDS FOR OXAZOLES *

摘要 The mechanism of nitrocompounds quenching of the fluorescence of 5, 5′ dipheny1 2, 2′ bisoxazole (POOP) and trans 1, 2 bis [2 (5 phenyloxazolyl)] ethene (POEOP) has been studied. It was found that the fluorescence of oxazoles was quenched mainly by the absorption competition and radiationless energy transfer of nitrocompounds. The fluorescence quenching rate constants of nitrobenzene and nitromethane are 3.0×10 10 L·mol -1 ·s -1 and 1.5×10 8 L·mol -1 ·s -1 respectively for POEOP. This remarkable difference was explicated. 研究了硝基苯及硝基甲烷对5,5′-二苯基-2,2′-联唑(POOP)和反-1,2-双[2-(5-苯基唑基)]乙烯(POEOP)的荧光猝灭机理,发现硝基化合物对唑化合物的荧光猝灭作用主要来自其吸收竞争和无辐射能量传递.计算出硝基苯和硝基甲烷猝灭POEOP荧光的速率常数分别为3.0×1010L·mol-1·s-1和1.5×108L·mol-1·s-1,并解释了这一显著差别.
