摘要 The feasibility study to develop a system to measure the polarization of the electron beams in the Beijing Electron positron Collider (BEPC) is described. A high speed Compton scattering polarimeter is proposed for use in the newly installed synchrotron radiation pipeline at BEPC. The design of the polarimeter for measuring the polarization of the electron beams is described.
