摘要
In this paper, a new systematic methed of quantitative DFA is presented based on the function analysis.The reduction of the number of components forming product is realized by incorporating some parts as the features of others. In order to evaluate assemblability of a product objectively, accurately and completely, the factors affecting assembability have been identified in terms of the production mode used to assemble product, and neural network and fuzzy set theory are adopted to quantify the effect of factors on assemblability. A case study is given, and the results demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the method.
