应用"群体环境问卷"对我国U-15足球队凝聚力水平进行全面的调查研究,分析影响我国U-15足球队凝聚力的多种因素.研究结果表明,我国U-15足球队凝聚力总体水平普遍偏低,任务凝聚力水平高于交往凝聚力水平;不同训练年限的运动员任务凝聚力水平具有显著性差异;不同司职位置间运动员任务凝聚力水平存在显著性差异;主力、替运动员间交往凝聚力水平存在显著性差异;不同运动等级运动员间任务凝聚力水平存在显著性差异.
