In this paper, a 4-value logic system is researched. In the system CR14,the implication operator → is the Gaines-Rescher operator RGR. Some results are obtained. Especially, in the system CR14, the rules of α-MP(α> 0) are true, all CR14-tauologies are C2-tautologies, a formula is a GR14-tautology if and only if it is not only an I-tauology but also a J-tautology.
