中药复方对抗雷公藤多甙毒性的研究——Ⅰ-中药复方对抗雷公藤多甙对大鼠体重及脏器重量的影响

以瓜蒌、石斛、白勺、川芎、生地、元参、牛夕、五味子、菟丝子、枸杞子、车前子、复盆子、益母草、泽兰、麦冬、当归组成的中药复方,其水提剂11.27、5.64、2.82g/kg与雷公藤多甙合用给大鼠ig,均可对抗雷公藤多甙所致的大鼠体重及子宫重量下降,5.64和2.82g/kg不影响雷公藤多甙所致大鼠胸腺萎缩的作用,且3个剂量对大鼠卵巢、肾上腺、脾脏、肝脏、肾脏重量均无明显影响。

Compositus Traditional Chinese Medicine was composed of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim, Dendrobium nobill Lindd, Paeonia lactiflora Pall, Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort, Radix rehmanniae, Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl, Achyranthes bidentata Bl, Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill, Cuscuta chinensis Lam, Lycium bar -barum L, Plantago asia-tica L, Rubus chingii Hu, Leonurus het-erophyllus Sweet, Lycopus lucidus Turcz, Ophiopogon japonicus (Thunb.) Ker-Gawl and Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels, whose water' s decoction 11.27g/kg, 5.64g/kg, 2.82g/kg, and multi-glycosides of Tripyergium wilfordii Hook, f are mixed to oral administrative rats. It is found that they can resist the loss of the body weight and the uterus weight of rats caused by multiglycosides of Tripyergium wilfordii Hook, f, and 5.64g/kg and 2.82g/kg also have no effect on the thymus atrophy of rats, the three dosages are also found no effect on the weights of ovary, adremal, spleen, liver and kidney.
