摘要
我们研究了不同期煤尘矽肺患者和同矿采矿工人血浆一氧化氮(NO)和红细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(CTA)及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的变化,结果显示NO与矽肺的级别呈正相关(r=0.679,p>0.05),且NO与MDA呈正相关(r=0.887,P<0.05),SOD结果与其他作者的相似,说明NO参与了矽肺的发生过程,与矽肺患者的红细胞过氧化损伤有密切的关系。
In order to study the relationship of body Nitrogenoxide and superoxide in coal worker's pneumoconiosis, we detected the nitrogenoxide (NO) of blood, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) of red blood cell. The results showed that NO was positively related to both degree of pneumoconiosis (r = 0.679. p>0.05) and MDA (r = 0.887, p<0.05), and SOD was simillar to the results of other researchers. These indicated that NO was involved in the process of pneumoconiosis.
