摘要
应用“原位”发射红外光谱技术对于Cu/ZnO/Al_2O_3(La)催化剂作用下的CO+H_2反应过程进行动态跟踪,检测到表面—烷氧基(M-OCH_2R)、表面酰基物()、表面烯醇()、表面羧酸盐()等中间物,提出CO插入表面—烷氧基生成低碳醇的反应机理;对于CO_2存在下CO+H_2反应过程的动态检测表明:CO_2增加了表面羧酸盐的生成途径,表面羧酸盐可以作为低碳醇合成的一种中间物,开辟了一条新的合成低碳醇途径。
In this paper,the dynamic tracing for CO+H2 reaction over copper based catalyst were carried out by in situ emission IR spectroscopy,We have found some reaction intermediates, such as the surface-alkoxyl (M-OCH2R) ,the surface-acetyl ( RC= O )the surface enol form ,the surface carboxylate( ) andso on. A mechanism of lower alcohol formation via CO inseration into metal-carbon of surface alkoxyl were suggested. At the presence of CO,the surface carboxylate increase, it may be another one intermediates to form the lower alcohols,therefore a new formation pathway of lower alcohol were also suggested.
