摘要
采用Smith模型对某厂工业重整装置进行模拟,建立轴向和径向反应器的数学模型。利用实际生产操作数据对Smith模型动力学参数进行优化。动力学参数优化后,模拟结果与实际操作吻合较好。
To simulate catalytic reforming process, mathmetical models have been established for Axial-flow and Radial-flow reactors based on lumped reaction model proposed by Smith. Reported kinetic parameters have been renewed and optimized using plant production data. The agreement between predicted results and observations is fairly well.
