This paper dicscusses permeation of the viewpoints of sets and mappingsinto mathematics teaching in secondary school. It makes the teachers dealwith tra-ditional contents of teaching materials properly by the viewpoints in modern mathe-matics, consequently, obtain good teaching effect.
