加湿鼓风在太钢300m^3级高炉上的应用

摘要 经过充分地分析和论证两座300m^3级高炉1997年一季度炉况顺行差、经济技术指标不好的原因,决定采用蒸汽加湿鼓风技术,并针对以前加湿操作的不足之处,做了改进和完善,运行实践证明:此项技术使炉况顺利明显改善,并获得增产,节焦和铁水质量提高的良好效果。 According to the research results obtained through analysing the cause which resulted in the abnormal operation and bad technico -economic indices in the first quarter of 1997 on the two blust furances each with a working volume of 300 m3 at TISC. The enriching blast with steam was decided to be employed in production practice. Appropriate measures were taken to perfect the original technipues which couldn't meet the current practical demands. Half a year's practices had demonstrated that the normal operation, high productivity. Low coke rate and high puality hot iron were available after this technipue was adopted to the above two blast rurances.
