摘要
H13(美国钢号)是使用最广泛的热作模具钢之一。由于这种钢裂纹敏感性较强,所以在炼钢、热加工中如果控制不当,很易引起开裂,最常见钢坏角裂现象。结合生产实例试图从钢质及热加工制度两方面探讨开裂原因。
Steel H13(AISI)is one of materials which is widely used in making hot -working die.
Being of its sensibility to cracks. If we make a mistake in melting or hot -working, the cracks are
easily generated,for exemple,corner-crack of slab. Discusses the cause of breaking from both inter-quality of steel and the process of hot -working.
